The 31st Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show is just a week away. We want you to be as excited as we are! We want you to have the best possible Nightclub & Bar experience! And we want you to be ready. There’s a lot to learn, a lot to see, and a lot to do. We’re planning on delivering the best possible trade show, and with that in mind we want to help you plan your time in Vegas with us.

Survival Tip #1: Follow Us

Join the conversation with the thousands of attendees, exhibitors, suppliers, and distributors. Check our social media channels each day leading up to and during the show for updates.

Survival Tip #2: Download Us

The Big Show is loaded with interactive workshops, fascinating keynotes, and information-packed education sessions. Along with all of that, there are hundreds of booths for you to visit and explore in each of the Expo Floor Pavilions. And then there are all of the networking events. Sounds like it can all get become overwhelming, right? Never fear, a PDF of our conference brochure is here.

Survival Tip #3: Pace Yourself

We encourage you and whomever you’re attending the Big Show with to divide and conquer. First, divide the education sessions amongst one another. Second, divide the Expo Floor by aisle or Pavilion. Third, pace yourself by splitting your time between attending education sessions and walking the Expo Floor. And lastly, sample any alcohol beverages responsibly and drink plenty of water.

Survival Tip #4: Be Equipped

This may sound silly but don’t forget your ID, wallet, hotel room key, lanyard and badge (once you’ve picked it up from registration), phone and other mobile devices, camera if you plan on snapping pics on something other than your phone, a pen or two, plenty of business cards, and comfortable footwear. If you haven’t attended a Nightclub & Bar Show in the past you may be shocked at the size of the Las Vegas Convention Center and we don’t want you to be unprepared for all of the walking you’ll be doing.
